From cooled poultry meat we produce original semi-finished products, aromatic smoked products, various sausages and refined delicacies, traditional-recipe products, and also observe the current trends in the food industry to please our customers with novelties.  Currently, within “Russkoye Polye” Agroholding, three workshops are operating, which manufacture products of various readiness stages and thermal conditions: cooled and frozen semi-finished chicken meat products workshop; cooled and frozen semi-finished duck meat products workshop; highly-ready meat products (sausages, smoked foods, delicacies) workshop. The main principle of all production sites operation is to process own cooled raw stuff, the strictest observance of all sanitary regulations and quality standards, use of modern high-tech equipment from leading European manufacturers. The success of this strategy is evidenced by constantly growing sales of our products and over 35% of the market share in the domestic region.

Flagship enterprise of “Russkoye Polye” Agroholding. 2.5 million broiler chickens live on two sites in spacious premises. The production process is certified according to ISO 9001 HACCP. The modern killing line of European origin ensures the highest quality speed of production and product compliance with the most stringent quality standards. A new semi-finished product workshop was launched in 2018. It can produce up to 50 tons of various products a day. Smart machines cut meat, form cutlets, wrap the filling completely independently. The raw stuff is cooled, but not frozen, poultry meat delivered directly from the killing workshop, without interim warehousing. This allows for maintaining all useful properties of the product, and the Company guarantees 10 to 12 days of shelf life. The product line includes products in natural coating, without any artificial colorants and flavoring materials. Smoke curing is performed with the use of alder cuts only.

Since its establishment in 1981, “Tsentralnaya” Poultry Farm has been focused on producing chicken meat products. Today, the main inhabitants of the Farm are ducks of English breed Cherry Valley. “Russkoye Polye” Agroholding is investing 1.5 billion rubles in the development of the Vladimir site, to set up complete cycle production of cooled duck meat and semi-finished products with 18 thousand tons annual capacity. Duck meat is an excellent source of high-quality protein, it contains a well-balanced set of Omega-3 and Omega-6 amino acids, rich in iron, phosphorus, vitamins of B group. It is a growing market segment: duck meat demand in Russia has doubled during the past five years. The first stage of duck breeding started at “Tsentralnaya” Poultry Farm in August, 2019. After reaching the design capacity, up to 1 million heads will be bred here, which will make the Farm one of the largest in the Central Russia. The advantageous geographical location guarantees fresh product supply to trading chains of Moscow and Moscow Region as well as the Vladimir and Nizhniy Novgorod Regions within a 24-hour period.


Meat of Cherry Valley ducks is less fatty: only 8%, as compared to 15% of other breeds

The English ducks grow fast, in 42 days, while the adolescent period of other breeds lasts for 54–56 days.
